This superb holiday accommodation with fantastic sea and sunset views across the Mediterranean contains every convenience for a memorable holiday in the Coral Bay area of Paphos on the beautiful island of Cyprus. Location/Facilities: The villa is located in Coral Bay to Sea Caves area, in Peyia, Paphos in a peaceful and tranquil setting with superb views to the sea yet is only a 5 minute drive from the Coral Bay main resort with it's beautiful sheltered sandy beach and tavernas, restaurants and bars. The resort facilities include watersports, fishing, diving, island tours, horseriding, go-karting and it is also close to the beautiful protected Akamas peninsular, Paphos Zoo, Sea Caves areas and the delightful pictureque St. George's fishing harbour. The villa is a 15 minute drive from the Kato Paphos tourist and harbour area with it's many archealogical sites, restaurants, nightlife and Waterpark. Supermarkets, banks and amenities are all within a short drive of the villa.

Hello,
My husband and I recently stayed in your villa on Cyprus. I just wanted to say a quick Thank You. We throuroghly enjoyed our stay and thought you had a lovely set up there. The beds were great, all the decor was tasteful and amenities perfect. Plus the extras like towels provided were really appreciated.
My father in law, who we took along, had to phone a few times for help, and we really appreciated the great set-up having someone available like that.
Again, many thanks for letting us your villa, we are recommending it around!

Just like to thank all at Fine Homes for arranging our recent stay at Villa Xemxija, a delightful bungalow set in a peaceful location close to Coral Bay. The views are fantastic and we enjoyed eating at a couple of local tavernas which are within walking distance. Gareth likes his football and there was no shortage of bars in Coral Bay showing live Premiership games, even on Saturday afternoons!
Our batteries were totally recharged.

Over the years we have been taking our winter break in the east of the island and come to know the area very well, this year on the suggestion of one of our friends we decided to try the Coral Bay area of Paphos and stayed at your Villa Xemxija.
We would just like to thank you Jeanne for your patience in replying to all our e-mails before we made a commitment, you must have been really fed up with us? We must say that we had no regrets and found plenty to keep us occupied even though it was the winter season. We were a bit worried about eating out a lot as we thought the prices would be high as sterling has been falling against the euro but found the local tavernas to be very reasonable.
Once again, thanks Jeanne and hope to make it over next year.
